With over 10 years of drumline experience, Deondre’ pairs his passion for HBCU band culture with instruction, composition, and youth mentorship to help students grow as musicians and leaders.

Lesley Earles
woodwinds coordinator
With over 20 years of music and band experience, Lesley pairs 15 years of educational leadership with a commitment to helping students grow as confident, skilled musicians.

Kaia Harrison
majorette coordinator
With over 10 years of dance and choreography experience, Kaia combines creativity and passion with five years of coaching to help students build confidence, discipline, and excellence through movement.
