What is Parent Band Booster Club?
Parent Band Booster Club is a volunteer organization that supports All City Music’s band programs through fundraising, event planning, and advocacy. We provide event logistical support and organize fundraising events to support travel, equipment, uniforms, and scholarships.

The All City Music Parent Band Booster Club is committed to enhancing the musical journey of our students by providing unwavering support through fundraising, advocacy, and hands-on involvement. Rooted in the spirit of unity, excellence, and cultural pride, we strive to create opportunities for every student to experience the transformative power of music while celebrating the vibrant traditions of HBCU band culture.
Fundraising Committee
Plans and executes fundraising activities (raffles, bake sales, sponsorships, etc.).
Events & Hospitality Committee
Organizes parent volunteers for concerts, competitions, and travel logistics. Coordinates meals, snacks, and student appreciation events.
Uniform & Equipment Committee
Oversees the distribution, maintenance, and collection of uniforms and instruments.
Marketing & Communications Committee
Manages social media, newsletters, and promotional materials. Develops outreach strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
Volunteer & Membership Committee
Recruits, trains, and organizes parent volunteers. Builds a strong network of engaged families.
